Welcome...im pretty sure adhd and anxiety are not qualifying conditions. Finding a dr. that does not enforce qualifying conditions might be hard. Best of luck tho

Just because somebody said that does not make it so. That said, I am sure that there are plenty of people with certifications ("cards" no longer required) that don't meet the intent of the law. Even so, what you are basically asking, out of the blue and on a public forum, for recommendations on doctors who will skirt the law and give you a cert. Good luck with that.
