New NFT system - Help needed

Hi All,

I am looking for some advise here as I have never grown before. I am looking at starting using NFT with a 600 Watt HPS. Can you help with the following questions below :

1. How many plants could I grow ?
2. How much should I get from each plant ?
3. What nutrients should I use ?

I have some space but think I want to utilise as best I can
