New Med MMJ Patient - Not sure what to get at the Dispensary

I have tried a few things. I would prefer not to smoke it... are other products similar? The Tincture I got says "High CBD", but there does not seem to be any effect from it. Would other "types" of Tincture have a different effect?

Has anyone tried Vape Cartridges?

Does making cannabutter or canna oil produce a strong smell in the house? I'm trying to avoid that.

If you got a dispensary they should be able to help you out. Edibles are the way to go. Start off small 10mg gummies or suttin. Vape pens are nice but it is like smoke. You cough sometimes but they are my personal favorite. Besides concentrates lol. Low thc with high Cbd doesn't really get you high it's more for the beneficial effects like anti inflammation and a lot of medical stuff.

Had a cinnamon toast rice crispy treat. That thing was delicious and potent.
