new lights/not.

hi im planning on buying a new light at the weekend and i just wanna make sure that i am gonna get the right thing. i am currently using cfls and i noticed that im using so much power with them i might as well get a proper light. im 3weeks into flower on my first grow and im using 3x20cfls 2x15w cfls and a 18w tube light all 2700k giving a lumens of around 6500. the light i am intending on getting is a 70w HID light that i have seen locally it gives out 5600 lumens at 2050k golden white. its the type of 1 you would see in most carparks. i was going to use that and at the same time i was going to get 2 25w cfls £2 each 1350lumens that would total around 8500 lumes for a 10w increase in power. would this vastly improve my crop or should i just stick with what i have.
