New Lighter Green Leaves? (With Pics)

I just noticed today that there were light green/yellow splotches appearing on the new leaves. I read the FAQ but I'm still not sure whats wrong. Its 4 weeks into its veg. I topped it early last week. Any input would be appreciated.Strain: World of Seeds High TensionContainer: 7 Gal PotLight: 400W MH 12 Inches from Top of Plant 24/0Soil: Fox Farms Ocean Forest Mixed with 1/4 Perlite.Fertilizer: Fox Farms Grow Big/Big Bloom, I only have used it once at the end of week 3 at 1/2 strength .
