New light

So I'm going to be starting a new run in my mars hydro 2.3×2.3 and I feel like the ts1000 left alot to be desired in my last run. I've been looking at the AC Infiniti ionframe evo-4. Oversized for a 2×2 I know but my thoughts are I'm better off running my lights at say 50-60% and having more than enough light available verses running the ts1000 at 100% and wishing I had more. Is this a bad idea lol. Air flow isn't an issue and I Will have a 6 inch clip on fan set with the light timer who's sole purpose is blowing onto the light to keep ot cool. I do with the ts1000 and made a world of difference in the heat it holds

The TS1000 would have provided about 28 watts/square foot at full bore so I can see why you would be disappointed.

The EVO 4 is a good choice for the 27 square inches in your tent. 50% - 60% might actually be on the low side. You should be able to run that rig around the 75% range which provides 47.5 watt square inch.
