New legal MI grow - Looking for a little advice

Hey all, I'm new to the forum, not new to smoking or growing, only now I'm legal.

I am going to grow 12 plant rounds, 1 to start, but probably end up with a 5 - 12 plant rotation.I am using a couple closets in my basement for now.

I picked up 2 600W digital air cooled hood setups. The room I'm starting my first grow in is only like 4x3.5(7'tall). I rigged the lights and hooked a few 6" inline exhaust fans to it and fired it up. The room got to almost 100degrees. and stayed there. The air in the rest of the basement is 67degrees-ish. The little lowes inline blower fans suck, so I ordered a 6" S&P 150 that has beeen discussed here. Should be here this week. Do you think pulling through the two lights and blowing direct outside that this fan will cool that room down? I'm gonna suck air in from the next room over into the hood. I'll probably push ground level air in from the furnace/HW heater room next door(bonus CO2). And I'll have some ocilating fans for breeze and stem strength.

Bottom line, is 2-600W do-able in a room only like 13sq ft, or is it just gonna stay too hot? Whats your thoughts? I have thougt about using the 2 - 600s in separate setups, but I dont feel like 600W is enough for a 12 plant setup.

Thanks, and I plan to journal it..

you gotta get that room cooler bro... maybe go passive intake stylee. cool the lights from air in bigger room as you already do. then cut passive cool air intake in the wall and nnear the floor, then rig another filter and fan in your space that will exhaust heat from your space but also pull cool air into the the garden from the passive intake. idea here is to keep fresh air constantly circulating. also with this method no need for supplemental co2(really will just get wasted.). if you have "outside" temps of 67, this method will work beautifully for you. ps. may want additional hepa or carbon scrubber on passive intake.
