-I ahve my small apt pretty tight but can still smell outside some whiffs so next grow i want to build a complete new grow structure within the bedroon - like frame up 4 walls with a door that is completely sealed 12'x8'x8'high. Place window unit a/c in the side of the this new room for independent cooling of the sealed air and draw air from the bedroom thru the walls into the light hoods to cool them then exhaust this air back out of the grow area without ever touching the stinky air. of cousre will need co2 introduced if i get it sealed like i plan.
so i was going to frame the new walls and a new floor 6" above the actual floor to make room for wiring/plumbing etc.

what material would work for the structure walls and floor that would be smellproof ?
I am thinking 1/2" OSB with all joints caulked heavily should work. Or should I also use some sort airtight sealer paint that I could cover the inside of the structure with ? also - could I use a plexiglass roof with the lights placed outside the structure - will they still heat up the interior ?
will plywood walls with caulked seams and corners effectively keep all smell out ?
