New hydro closets and question on crop + Pics

Hello all. Just wanted to post some pics of my new grow space. I have one closet setup for vegging with a 10 gallon drip system and 80 watts of flouros for lighting plus 3 other flouros for supplemental lighting. Once i get a female im going to add an additional 80 watts for growing the mother and use the first hood for clones. As far as ventilation in the veg closet i just have a homemade vent system for now as winter is knocking at the door and mass ventilation is not going to be a problem in low 30 F weather. Im not so sure if i need ventilation for the flowering because i will only be running a 250 watt hps for the time being until i can get some quality seeds.

The flowering room pics are boring due to the fact that the system hasnt came in. The only thing pictured is the Ebb and Flow setup that i built. But ill post some more pics once it has came in.

The plant growing is what this area calls "popcorn", just some good mids. Goes 25 for 2 g's. She got a little bit of nute burn on her lower leaves but i lowered nutes and shes doing better. Only thing is, this plant is growing slow i dont exactly know why. If i have it on full strength i get nute burn but if i dont get nute burn it grows like a snail. Its week 5 from being put into the cube(ap. 37 days old). Ph is around 5.5 highest around 6. I was hand watering every day until today when i finished the drip system. Now it will be getting water 3 times a day for a minute every 8 hours. The light is about 3 inches from the top. The first leaves are almost completely yellow and drooping so i plan to cut those out tonight. It was growing really fast until about a week ago and now it seems to grow half as quickly. Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going wrong or what im doing wrong. Your help is appreciated.

From my personal experience I don't let the ph get any lower than 5.8 or higher than 6.3. I like a ph of 5.8 for veg and 6.0 for flowering. What you may be experiencing is the ph is too low and is locking out nutes, therefore the plant is eating its' fan leafs to make up for the nutes is missing. Nutes will be locked out if the ph is too low or too high, also the roots will build up salts if the ppm/ec is too high and lock out nutes (nute burn). During veg I keep my ladies between 1000-1300 ppm also plants don't grow that quickly under floros :leaf:

My drip system comes on 4 times in an 18 hour period and drip for 15 min each time and I don't have any issues with the veggin' ladies.
