New house - setting up dedicated veg/flower/dry rooms!

I'm moving into a house with a finished basement and will finally be able to control climate! There are 2 rooms at my disposal. One room has a window (can put an AC window unit in), and the other room does not have a window (so just heat control). The rooms are right across the hall from each other and are about 15x25.
I have little experience with controlling climate (other than humidity) and utilizing a separate veg/flower room. So, I'm thinking of setting it up like so:

I'll put my 3x5 grow tent in the room with no ac. I can bring in a humidifier/dehum. This will be the VEG room. 2 plants max then will move them into flower room. 4 plants max at a time perpetually. Both autos & photos.

Two grow tents in the FLOWER room. One tent for autos (18/6) and the other tent for photos (12/12). I Can control ac via window unit and can also add humidifier/dehumidifier.

Next to the FLOWER room is the bathroom which will be my drying room. It has a sink, corner shower, shitter , and a ceiling vent.
Use a portable A/C and vent it through a hole I cut in the wall into the FLOWER room?

Each tent will have the usual carbon filters exhausting into the room. All plants will be grown in DWC.

Am I missing anything or any other considerations? Thanks

Bathrooms are perfect dry spots until someone takes a dump while drying lol. I took my dry room down because of that. Portable ac will work, I use one but it can spike rh a bit for some reason sometimes like once a day.

Idk how your going to get conditioned air into the bathroom but Im not handy. Would be nice if dry room can be 60-70F.

I dont do autos they are unpredictable. I just run clones which you can do clone of clones or clone from a dedicated mother plant. That will take up plant count so people like to do clone of clones.

If 6 plants are your limit Id do 3 photo clones in flower 3 in veg. Could have up to 3 strains. Id make the plants big enough to fill out the room, my biggest plants are 3x3 feet. Perpetuating is worth it, it actually does create extra bud faster.

Id veg long enough and work with a pheno that dumps yield with extra veg time, its weird tho as my pheno just wont do more than 8oz. Id just head in that direction tho if yield is one of your goals.

Im sure youll love the cool basement for flower, my hvac guys recommended I put my grow down there so that will save some on running ac. A 1500w space heater wont raise temps in my basement, Imagine a whole grow with less heat output than that.

Idk just my two cents I like to take what I learned and apply it to new spaces. Good luck have fun, sounds like you have a project to do.

Do u have any experience perpetuating? For me its pretty hard to get them to follow a calendar and takes a few runs to get to know them. To get them on a schedule.

Autos just wont allow that. New beans each time wont either. It can quickly get hectic but finally learned to give them a two week buffer. So plants arent needing more time while veg plants overgrown which cause its own issues, need to know how to handle that when it inevitably happens.

If using tents the overgrown will have high humidity but you have the option to make an actual grow room, no tents. If in humid tents its a shitty feeling that may lose it all to budrot. Id get some 280-380w dehumidifier or 55 pint if flower room big enough.

I run a lot of 1:1 which is mostly autos. Not too concerned with yield, I'm kind of limited with time. Yeah the perpetual timing will be interesting.. that's why im thinking of having only 2 plants in veg and 4 spots in flower.

Plan on putting the portable ac in the bathroom

Gotcha idk why I just thought you wanted more. In that case cant go wrong with however you decide to do it. Im not sure about a portable ac in bathroom, for the flower room as well?

Idk how youd do that. Id think its one ac per space. If you dont have pressure to yield a lot could just dry in the flower room. Or move the ac closer to the dry room.

I use too much but when I cut back the options grew but went back up. I cant just run new strains like that and mess around but was fun while it lasted. Everything in my setup is just maxed out and going hard lol.

Yeah also a window unit for flower room. No one will b using this basement so i won't take shits in the br when there r buds in there

Yeah, I vent outside, but wasn't absolutely certain it was completely necessary in your setup. Was posing the question and hoping to hear some opinions that might help. Portable ac, and dehumidifier will dump heat into your rooms unless they are vented somewhere. It was surprising to me that no venting was mentioned.

There would be an AC in the window in the flower room. The portable AC in the bathroom/dry room could vent through the wall into the flower room where the window AC unit would take care of displacing the heat outside. Right? ‍♂️ Lol

If the rooms are 15x25, I would do three tents in one room.
Put them in the climate controlled room and get a dedicated drying tent with a small dehumidifier.
The dehuey can be used to regulate the room when not needed in the tent if you're venting indoors.
I haven't done DWC in a while, but I had a similar multi tent setup that worked well in a 12x10 space.

It's gotta feel great to have some space for it all, so many possibilities.

I guess you will find out, and hopefully it all goes to your plan. :peace:

I see now, two ac units. Thats cool the bathroom with be like a bathroom size cooltron. Yea I mean all looks great, what are your goals? Its capable of a lot, Its like my whole grow but all put together in rooms side by side with a awesome dry room.

My grow is capable of a lot, could do 42oz every 10 wks if all is well. I just need extracts only and gets costly looking for strains so I settled for one quick. You could get strains that yield double that. Idk what your after but people here are knowledgable on strains if you ask. If just for fun I can dig that, I would too if I didnt consume so much.

Now is definatly the time to consider everything. If you ever do yield more so already have electrical circuits in mind, carpets pulled, drainage like was mentioned already. If not yielding much it wont be as big a deal but I already felt the burdon when my grow was about this big already.
