Hy everyone can someone help me pin point this issue. Some of my plants new growth look like being eaten. Bugs or to close to light

Well i think i figured it out i believe its wind burn

I had a pest issue and it didn't look like this

Ya im almost positive its wind burn cause my fan is really close to the canapy. Going to raise it see what happens
