New growth has yellow on tips and main vein.

Hey guys,

A little background:

This grow started as a clone in a rock wool cube. Planted in Ocean Forest soil and has been there for about a week and 2 days now. I have not been using any nutrients in any of my waterings, so I can't imagine it's nute burn.

What I am experiencing right now is the tips of my new growth are exhibiting a slight yellowness and the main vein on the newest growth is showing signs of yellowing as well. Also, the newest growth is having some trouble flattening out its leaves. I have a fan blowing on my bulbs, which is reflecting wind onto the plants and thus causing a slight shake. I wonder if this has anything to do with it?

Any ideas would be very appreciated.

The thing is: I have 3-4 sets of leaves that are perfectly healthy (not the bottom one.) Could one set of leaves like this mean a runt?

Is the FFOF mixed with anything or is it straight Ocean Forest?
Going from a cube into FFOF may have been a shock as FFOF is heavily nuted soil. Maybe a drastic pH fluctuation?
I've seen leaves twisted like that before but mainly on early seedlings 1-2 weeks old and mainly only the first true leaves. The yellowing in the center vein, on some of the edges and on the tips is strange. Looks to me like a mixture of burn, pH issues and maybe a bad clone. Those stems look very dark.
More pics would help if you could.
