New growth curling (pics)

Can someone tell me if this is a problem ,my new growth coming out is curling.
2 x 1000w led spider farm
3 gallon ffof soil blended with worm castings
Around 30c / 85f
40 humidity
RO water

Looks like a little heat stress and maybe humidity to me. You do know you will need to add amendments or teas at least or some type of nutes before too long? Also in soil you don't really "need" to use RO water just de-chlorinated unless your tap water is through the roof with minerals etc.
Have a little patience. Try and lower your temps to around 82. In veg I have liked the response my plants have at closer to 55-60 percent humidity, but people grow in plenty less.
 
I strongly suggest you read up on VPD (vapor pressure deficit). With 80-85 degrees Fahrenheit in your tent and only 40% RH you are stressing your plants ability to cope in its environment. During veg, you can go higher with RH than in flowering and if you have high temps you must have higher RH. 60-70% RH would be ideal for your temperature.

Humidifier with humidistat is the way to go. It’s likely to give you lots of peace of mind.
make sure to get one that has a “sleep” or “lights off” function so it can operate in your dark periods without emitting any light.
I got one from Amazon made by Taotronics and it’s working great for me. I have a very small space- my tent is only 80cm x 80 cm x 1.8 m tall.

And if you have another humidity sensor in there, you can dial in the RH setting on the humidifier to be higher or lower depending on how it reads....
For example my sensor reads 65% RH when I set the humidifier to 55% because my sensor is next to the plants and the humidifier is on the floor and it’s internal RH sensor is close to the ground....

Check your pH, it might be lower than you think?

Twisted and deformed leaves, as well as “folding or cupping like a canoe” are most often caused by an improper pH.
 
Your temps are too high and your humidity is too low. Your VPD is ~2.5 you should be shooting for a 1.0-1.2 in VEG & 1.3-1.5 in BLOOM. Honestly until you dial in your environment you can't start troubleshooting many other factors.

See if you're able to hit a 1.5 and go from there. If you can play battleships you can use a VPD chart.

You're lucky to have a problem with low humidity because cannabis likes 40-50% humidity especially in flower. I'm in Michigan and it makes it really hard to keep the humidity down indoors with plants. I'm running 2 155 pint dehumidifiers and still can barely hold a 50% relative humidity.

Any updates?

I put a humidifier in the tent it's around 55% now but seems to be getting worse.
I'll give it a few more days and update with some pics
