Yes. Many here use MG for their soil of choice.
I don't like the time release food pellets that it contains
but perhaps you could find MG without the pellets.
Still many growers do use MG with the pellets.

Do i mix the soil with anything else ? An for the 1st 1-3 Weeks I keep it inside an give it how much sunlight a day until its ready to jus sit outside ?

You could mix some perlite to the soil to help keep it aerated more and to help keep the soil from compacting some from watering. It is also good for water retention.
From beginning to end you could also supplement liquid seaweed/kelp extract to your soil to build a vigorous root system and too build rock hard buds in flower.
After the first 2-3 days inside you could put the plant out all day in indirect sun (partial shade)
for 2-3 days then move to all day sun after that.
If the plant is watered and it wilts some in full sun then move it back to indirect sun for another day or two then after that it should be fine in full sun all day.

my bad for all the questions lol ..But wen do i feed the plant or how often ? An wen im able to jus leave it outside do i still feed it or do i jus water it

Not a prob. Most of us are here for fun, learning and teaching (helping) so
with that said I believe MG soil has enough nutrients in it to feed the plant in veg for the 1st two weeks then after that if you use veg liquid neuts use 1/2 the recommended amount for the first 2-3 feedings every other day in then you could switch to full strength (or not) after that every other day and just plain water in between the feedings.
In flower most liquid neut regiments require feeding every day but best to check out the instructions on the bottle to be sure.
Also maybe you should start another thread asking if it is ok to
add liquid neuts to a soil that has time released food pellets in it
already such as MG soil. This is most important.
Your plant container will feel "light"
when your plant is ready for watering/feeding and/or
you plant will wilt a bit and that's ok
cause the roots will stretch out bigger looking for water
and this will have no ill effects on your plant.
