new room, white walls , 3 square foot room, about four feet high ceiling, plants are on bar stools now to be closer to light.. im running 4 15 watt daylight cfls, and 3 20 watt flurecent tubes, should this be enough through vegetation? any suggestions highly appreciated thanks!!!
