Put a sheet of panda film (mylar) on the floor if you must reflect off it.
Reflectors are generally lighting fixtures with parabolic shapes, allowing redirection of light to the plants.

you dont really need any reflective material on the floor; that's where your pots are ;)

A cheap way to reflect light is to buy some unlatched aluminum ducting from a hardware store and shape it around your lights to focus the lumens. Paint it flat white like the room and that will help.

I have a bit issues with lightin as I only use an 400 hps gib. I need to get more light at the lower plant area...... So I need the light from the hps to be reflected up..... I donr got any paint..... so can I use the aluminum without painting it???

No, I wouldnt use the aluminum without painting it. Cheapest way would to just get some 23-42 watt CFL's for the lower branches. $3 each.
