New Grow Plant Problems?

So i germinated 4 seeds and planted them. They have sprouted fairly well.

My question is this...when i planted them i watered them in and now im misting the top of the soil 1 or 2 times a day. Is this enough water/too much water? Just wanting to check out because ive got 1 that looks really good, 1 that looks decent and 2 that are mediocre. Just wondering if its the watering process im using.

when u pick up your container and its feels light water, use your finger tip and go in the soil if its dry water, if your plants are wilted down water

Heres a few pics. Its the best i could do. My flash was making it hard to see and without it is really dark. so one of the preleafs is turnign a little yellow. I gave them a good watering. We will see what happens.

anyother ideas on this? I dont want to have these things die on me. Could it be temperature? its in the basement and it fluctuates between 70-75 degrees.

dont water till it's dry...
then totally soak the pot
wait till its dry again to water
make sure your pot has good drainage

I do have good drainage in the pots. They were dry when i watered again. I have a few pictures of each plant as they are right now. Maybe it will be able to provide some more insight into my problems.

A little on the setup might help also.

Using Fox Farm Ocean blend soiless mix
2 4ft fluro's until i transfer into the closet with the 400 watt MH
No Nutes as of right now
A small fan blowing over the plants to keep fresh air and help promote strong stems

Any ideas yet? Still looks a little droopy. I transfered them under the 400 watt MH now and seems like they might be doing a little better. Im gonna be runnign tomorrow to get some FoxFarm Grow Big and just get a diluted amount onto the soil to see if that helps.

they look fine!, keep doing what your doing, there just seedlings, those leafs that look like there ''droopy'' will fall off theres nothing wrong , just dont over water, at such a youg age they could drown, there root system isnt developed yet

Sounds good. I have 2 other questions...

1. Is it safe to start with a weak dose of nutes?

2. My 400 watt MH seems like it goes through a cooling cycle where its not fully lit but its still giving off some light and then it relights and powers back up.
