New grow location

I am right in saying that if i am buying a flat (fully paying) i can just set up a grow with tents and what not?

Is a flat a house our apartment?
If it's your house, yes. Rented. Yes, with owners consent.
If it's your apartment, as long as neighbors dont notice strong smells(complain) and property manager doesnt care I would.

lol uk laws arnt very harsh uno, americans have it alot tougher for growing. Im in uk and a friend of mine got busted 2 months ago with 300 flowering plants, he got a 1 year suspended sentence and 50 hours comunity service. Dont tell ANYONE and u should be fine, its always the ones with big mouths that get caught.

so it is pretty much that simple? stay hidden and im fine? also are buying flats/houses cash in hand dodgy?

course theyre dodgy, even without getting caught for growing weed there proceeds of crime can take it off u
