New grow, leaf edges turning colors

So initially I did not have the correct light source but now I do. Anyway she started grow ing slowly but now she is thriving. I am noticing a white color around each tip on the leaf and once is yellowish but I'm not sure if it is a burn. Can anyone help.

Anybody? I am using a 250w hps system with a 250w mh 6500k ultra blue daylight bulb. I am growing in a small closet, my temperature runs about 76 f and 45 %humidity. Plenty of air circulation. I'm growing in a 3 gallon pot sack with fox farms soil, I have not given nutrients by root yet but I lightly spray a very small mix .60ml per gallon jungle juice grow, multiple times a day.

looks like they had water on the leafs and got light burn from it

I agree with Hells Canyon, also could be some salt or hard water residue from wet leaves and drying.
