Sounds like they used Canada's model. How much do you want to bet some former Canadian politician or cop made millions 'designing' a taxable weed system for the dutch government? I think one of my Weedsel's was involved in cannabis in Europe, but I can't remember which one.

There has been a swing to the far right there. The politicians shut down the mom and pops who were suppling the coffee shops. So the black market moved in (IRA and hell angels) to pick up the slack with huge ops (that also exported). Conservatives created a big problem where there wasnt one before... and now theyre trying to fix that... when none of it was broken...
