New Crib~New Setup~HPS+CFL FlowerDay1

After all that talk, heres finally some pix of my new setup...in my dining room.
I didnt wana go thru all that hard labor chaining to the ceiling..so i jus got a bike hanger and hung the HPS on the wall..some tin foil to prevent it from melting the wall paint.

Vegging: March15-June7 82days
Flower: June 7-probably till mid August

I got rid of all the floros and CFLs...3Cfls for light under canopy. After u guys told me that they'll grow twice their size at least..i hung the HPS up pretty high for now..hopefully the plants will explode. the ballast is on a cement brick on that black chair..is this safe?

I jus fed their first meal of MOLASSES! once/week rite?

Also, i dunno if its cauz ive been vegging them for soo long..i can already see white hairs comin out..also found a male couple weeks ago during veg. not normal?ok?

But anywhorez im excited cauz i see white hairs and no balls on all 3 of em.

any suggestions or comments always welcome, jus dont be a bitch

also..when do i prune the fan leaves?

how are you going to get complete darkness during flower

the plants will not flower with out his.......no light for 12hrs at all !!!

block-off frame being built rite now.
also, i cant get internet till the end of july, so ill probably post a long grow journal then.

what are you using for the walls ?

HD has celotex with a reflective backing used for insulating homes

yo brotha, wuts up. lookin good so far, just move those CFL's up cuz ur plants cant absorb anything form the bottom of their leaves, hake sure u got something cooling down ur HPS too not so much the plants. You could always move the HPS a lil closer- it looks a little far. other than that they look fine keep it up and make sure the 12 hours of darkness is actually dark.GL bro and have fun!

i put the HPS up high so i could keep it at that level till harvest..its a new apartment an i jus didnt wanna make a bunch of holes in the wall. hopefully the plants will grow fast..
aite..im unpluggin my comp now..goin to my new place..but no internet till end of july..ill try to update on friends comp

btw...the plants seem to loveee the HPS..they jus seem to be gettin bigger and bigger everytime i check on em

to utilize that hps to the fullest, without making a bunch of holes, pick up some cinder blocks (concrete blocks)... then stack them to raise the plants to the proper height... then remove as the plants grow

or go to a hardware store and pick up some chain and some S hooks and attach them to the V hangers on your hood, and also to the bar hanging off the wall... then you can rase the light to whatever you need

looks like a massive space for 2 plants maybe consider making it smaller theres alot of light going to waste

you wood be so much beter of if you put them in a wardrobe and paintid the inside white and hang the light from 2 chans and get a fan to
