New clones, normalish?

i cut some clones a few weeks ago early into flower and threw them into a homemade easy cloner. They’ve been developing roots at different paces and I’ve been transplanting them to soil as they have. The leaves that were on them have mostly wilted/died off but she’s finally starting to sprout new growth (the one that’s been in soil the longest). I’ve assumed she’ll need to re veg since I took the cuts in flower but is this anything along the lines of healthy/growing/not dead? I had to cut some lower branches anyways so I figured I’d give cloning a try and hopefully have some new ladies to grow

Yeah as long as that new green is coming in you are good to go... It will be growing fast before you know it - Yes, you'll want to keep vegging for whatever your normal veg time is... You'll see this will explode into a ton of growth!

Awesome, that bright green growth is new! Super excited to hear that this worked! Am I safe to cut off the old dead leaves at this point to promote new growth or will that shock them?

Just in time before your tip died out. Looks ok. Should get nice and bushy when it picks up. Clones taken in flower will give you reveg type growth with single blade leaves and all that. Lots of shoots.

I’m trusting that’s hes telling the truth when he says there’s new growth happening. That’s a good sign. It has roots and is growth is starting to happen. The dead leaves look rough but I’ve had them make it by a thread and look just like that. Is hard to tell if that green at the tip is same old growth, same size and just not dead yet or if the leaves have started to grow a touch. Just taking the guys word

The plant is going to be really stressed and take forever to reveg and take off. Just saying I would take another small clone.

OP you said you put them in soil as they root. Is this a water spray type cloner you made?

How long have you been trying to grow roots? How long has this plant been in soil?

I have to throw them out if I can’t give them away. I’m about 95% I’d say. lol the Mrs said how do you get around in here lol
I’ve got some quadlines going, plants everywhere.

Yes..taking his word for it and going off of experience. He has roots and is getting new growth on a clone that was barely into flower. That thing will be in full swing in weeks and should be very bushy...unless he took it too early in flower. The crazy branching more than makes up for the few weeks of stall out. Should he take more clones? Yes I would. I’m simply commenting on the clone he took. If that’s was my clone and it had roots and showed new growth, I’d be more than confident that the plant would pick up pace before long. I routinely take cuts in flower. Prefer to

It’s cool, we all agree the OP should cut another if possible.

I’ve got 7 cuts total, 5 currently in soil and two still in the cloner that originally had thicker stems. this is just the one that’s been in soil for the longest, here’s the 5 in soil and the two in the cloner. The two in the cloner have just popped roots and will probably need another 2-3 days before transplant to soil

But I’d go for a decent clone that’s getting good light and has darker healthy leaves. Doesn’t matter if there’s bud. Try again to be sure and then there’s always reveg the plant after harvest if all fails but that could fail. Idk how important the genetic is to u

How’s that middle one in the uodated picture of the 5 look? What would I be looking for more so than that? Most shoots on the original plant right now have decent sized buds on them or are smaller and getting less light. I can try taking a few pictures in the morning and seeing if there’s any suitable clone sites that may give me better luck
