Me too.
Two bone in half breasts.
That’s all we need and a breeze to roast.
I'm considering putting them on my grills rotisserie. I'm still considering it.

That's exactly why I don't want to try it with Thanksgiving turkey. I don't play with that meal. I want just the traditional classic turkey dinner with no frills.
Yeah, when I have family/guests I do the traditional but it's just my husband and I this year. So I don't feel like doing all the work
