New 5 Watt LED grow lights VS new COB lights?

Hi guy´s, sorry for my bad english.

I had a hard decision which light i would try, the first one was the Noah 6 http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/939021674/Wholesale_Dimmable_LED_Grow_Lamps_Noah.html
but when i have read some post in another forums about these light i don´t want it.

The nm´s are very good, the say the use Epistar Leds 2 chips whit 45mil.

So its 126 x 3 (2x3) watt chips if i understand it right.

For a 4 x 4 space i would think 2 pcs from them are ok, total watt will be arround 360 Watt each light.

What do you think about these lights?

Or should i better try the COB version whit 25 x 3 watt each cluster: http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/923305133/high_power_450w_COB_led_grow.html they have whit lens and whitout.

The use Epileds, I would use 2 * the 6 x 50Watt version.

The nm´s are good but no UV and no green.

Hope you can help my whit my descision.

Idk but isnt there written 5W leds?
Also it says minimum order 5pieces

also they write "power 2640 W" ...cant be right
Also height to mount 2,5m seems veryyy high...
I would not buy it with all those strange things..but maybe im just wrong

Whit the 5 pcs its no problem, one pcs is ok. The info on the website isnt right. Here more details about the lamp :

Have talked whit my forwarder ( hehe yeah i know some guys in china ), so i will MAYBE order one from the 5 Watt led light and one from the COB+LENs light.

I think its a good middle way. And i can safe a lot of shipping fees. The shipping prices from the 5 Watt Led supplier are real high.

For example if order just one 5 Watt light the shipping price will be 100 USD when order from the COB supplier and let them send to the forwarder the shipping price will be arround 100 USD for bouth ....

Here are the specs from the COB light : they have many cluster 2*50w / 4*50w / 6*50w/ 9*50w , i think one 6*50w + the 5w led will be ok for a 4 x 4 space for tomatos and some chillys.

Or do you think the 5watt leds are crapy ?

About the 50W, I think the higher the wattage of a single led the less efficient it is, but others might know better.

That COB offer: 9 pcs x 50W, then colour Ratio 13 pcs X, 4 pcs Y...=25pcs i don get it,
also they write: Powerful 90W LED grow light...
then again in the 2nd Picture its 3metres for optimal height, u know how high the ceiling in your room is?...
also they write: Use built-in switching mode power supply, above 97% efficiency
97% efficiency -power supply...i dont think thats even possible

With all that I would trust them as far as I can throw them with anything they write. Id expect a high grade quality disaster, but thats just imho.
