New 1000 watt flowering setup

I have until now been vegging under CFL's in a closet then moving to a 39x39x79 grow tent for flowering under a 400 watt HPS.

My new plan is to veg in the grow tent under CFL's and move my flowering to the larger room.

The room is roughly 10x10. It will ofcourse have a 1000 watt HPS and possibly my current 400 watt HPS. I will also be using co2 with the hydro farm cosys20 regulator.

I have a SHARP 10,000BTU CV-P10NC portable AC unit with dehumidifier for temp control.

I will also be running a CAP ozn jr. which seems small for the room but this little thing does a good job at eliminating odor. So much so I will probably only run it a few hours per day to keep the ozone smell from getting too heavy.

I hope to flower 8-10 good sized plants at a time. Does it sound like I have my bases covered?

Dragline, how do you like that ac unit? I was looking at getting the same one. Did you get it off ebay?

Can't say yet as I haven't even taken it out of the box. I did get it off ebay. There were several on there for sale.

Is it in new condition? I really want to get one!! Im just worried about power consumption.
Sounds like you will have a nice room running. Ya might want to think about getting a light rail/mover for that 1000w. A 10x10 is a big room.
What kinda hydro are you running? ebb&flow, dwc, areo or what?

I hava a room about the same size. I currently have a 600w over a 4x6 table on a light rail. I cant wait for my harvest with this new set up!! As soon as I get the bugs worked out Id like to add another 2 tables.

Yes, it is new.. The room is 10x10 but it wont be stocked full of wall to wall plants. I only have four plants, 3 snow whites and 1 super lemon haze already 3 feet tall because of a 9 week veg to use it the first time. After that 8-10 good sized plants will be all I care to flower at a time. I have considered a light rail though...

To answer your other question my current grow is soil. I have the stealth hydro bubbleponics setup which I may use for two plants again on the next one. But Im mostly a dirt guy.

Im sorry for some reson I thought you said you where in hydro, my bad. So how big do your plants get if you put them into flower at 3 feet??

I found my light rail on ebay for 180 bucks! That is the cheepest I could find and I looked for two months. It is the 10 rpm motor with the intela drive( it stops at each end for as long as you want so the middle dosent get more light). My hydro store sold the same one for 275.

I think a light rail will without a doubt be on the shopping list for the next grow. No clue how big the snow whites will get. I didn't think they would get as big as they did so far. Its only been a week since i started flowering them.

Would love to hear more opinions since this will be a sealed room setup.

I'm in the desert and am considering the Sharp CV-P10NC A/C unit / 10,000 BTU. Is this adequate?

I've been advised to get 12,500 BTU, but the Sharp @ 10,000 is advertised
for 350 SqFt and is 38Db/LibraryQuiet.

Any opinions?

Sure a 10,000BTU will cool that place easily...

Would love to pass out some rep if anyone can tell me whether or not it would appear I have all my bases covered with this setup.

i dont no i used a small window ac unit in my room wih pumpos out enough heat on its own to heat my fucking house so idk id say go witht he bigger one itmakes the differnce or just use a coolt tup on the lights and use small ac itll pan out eoither way
