Neon green splotches. (Anyone see the movie Predator)?

Some of my leaves have random neon greenish splotches, much like a tiny little Predator has been running around my garden bleeding. Is this some sort of nute burn?

I have not much idea what im talking about but, it sounds like light green spots in the leaves which is surrounded what appears to be more healthy and lush looking green.

i think this might be a N deficiency since iv had a similar issue plant needs food.
