Needs advice for lights and fans in my growbox

Ok so i am building a grow box to put in my garage outside and its gonna be divided into 3 sections.
Section 1 will have probably 12 clones, I was wondering what you recommend for lighting.
Section 2 will have the mother plant, which i also dont know what to use for lighting.
Section 3 will have my flowering plants probably 6 of em which will be grown by a 400w hps light.

Also i was wondering what you guys recommended for fans. Do i only need fans in section 3?
