Need transplant help

I have had my plants flowering for 2 days before I realized I needed to transplant them all. they are all in seperate pots now and freshly watered. question is that the light cycle now is screwed up they were 12/12 but today they only had 2 hours of sleep before the transplant and are back under the lights now, should I keep the lights on 24/7 for a couple days until they get used to the new pots or keep them on 12/12????
