Need some tips for next grow :)

Hello everyone! I'm about to start a grow with SS Chronic (A pretty good pheno as far as yield and quality goes) and I'm looking to pull at least 3 pounds. I was hoping some of you more experienced growers could give me some tips on how to do this. I have been using 5 gallon pots filled with 2/3 FFOF and 1/3 perlite but am starting to wonder if that is sufficient enough size wise, would switching to 7 gallons be a waste? I can veg no longer than 4.5 weeks and I am limited to 11 plants. In the past I have used Blue Mountain Organics and was VERY pleased with the quality but not the quantity. Would switching to the full line of Fox Farms nutrients result in a higher yield? I was planning on topping once, possibly twice. I also have NOT lollipopped in the past so maybe that would add to my yield? I am running 4x 600w lights in a vertical setup (bare bulb) and was curious on how to best position the light (how close and how high up in relation to the plants).

So basically, would upgrading to 7 gallon pots, lollipopping, and switching to Fox Farm nutrients with a 4.5 week veg give me a good shot at hitting 3 pounds? Any advice is very welcome, thank you :)
Below is a diagram of how my setup is.

O... O... O...O
X O X O X O X
O....O...O.....O

X = 600w Light
O = Plant
. = nothing LOL I couldn't get the spaces to stick for some reason

What is your environment like. Seems that is the limiting factor most of the time, not nutes, or pot size.

My environment is a large room. I'm not sure of the exact dimensions but I believe it's something like 11'x9'x9'. It is an underground room but there is a window that has direct access to fresh air. There is a 420 CFM fan bringing air in, and a 720 CFM fan taking air out. The temps don't run above 80F during flowering. I keep it very clean too. No CO2. I used to have lots of mite problems but I have had zero problems for the last two grows.

Im doing the same thing man but topping about 3-4 times each plant. and lollipopping. im using 5gal grow pots. 4x600w hps. 12plants but im hoping for 5-6 pnds ima tell you this i got only 2-600w running right now and my temps are easily hitting 90F and i got 3 fans circulating. so im looking at getting a portable a/c unit today hopefully because its gonna be ridiculously hot in there if i introduce the other 2x600w. so im telling you invest in a portable a/c unit something like 14,000 btu's there all over craigslist for like 150-250 bucks. I am also using the full fox farm line up i recommend it because my last grow i used a 2gal grow pot ffof soil,grow big,big bloom,tiger bloom, 150w hps lol and yeilded QP off a single plant that was no bigger then 2 feet tall. so i say go with fox farm, and your 70/30 mix sounds good to me hopefully this helps bud.

if your actual setup is exactly scale to your diagram your plants are fucked XD but im pretty sure they are not, this is actualy very similar to my last grow except i used high powered CFLs instead of HPS lights
