Need some suggestions for new set up. Got a house

Looking for a bit of guidance and advice here

Been an apartment grower for a while. Sleeping 2 feet from a 3x3 for veg and a 5x5 for flower. I flower under 2x 315cmh and a 240w quantum board. 12k btu ac in the room for summer, 50 gal dehum for winter. I veg under 240w quantum board led. Clone under t5.

I GROW IN 2.25 GAL

I've been running 60 day flower cycles essentially 8x harvested every 30 days. 16 plants in flower.

This allows my veg space to hold the next 8..a tray of 8..some moms.. flip clones and veg every 30 days.

just got a 3 bedroom townhouse..without a basement. I will be dedicating the master bedroom to a grow - keeping tents.

I want to use the 5x5 for veg. But I'm not sure what to run for flower. I'd like to keep the 30 day harvest cycle going as well. So flipping veg and clones (not moms) every 30 days.

Here's an idea
5x5 for veg w 2x 240w quantum board led
Moms and 16 plants always in veg.. 16 more in tray..clones galore

2x 4x8 for flower.. 16 plants each
2x 315cmh 2x240w led board.

Hand water is the plan..every 2 days


I need some input from some bigger guys or bigger than a small tent experienced people

Use a tent for mothers and clones and make the rest of the room into a flowering area. I'd put the tent elsewhere if possible so I could have more space for flowering lol.
