Need some info on my ladies

Ight when I went in my tent this morning my leafs next to the bud sites where all straight up to the lights is tht a good sign n I'm on week 5 of flowering if any one wants to know

Agreed on the light issue, without question. What type of lights are you running, and how far away are they?
