Need some help with ph

well my plants dont seem to be growing at all in the past ferw weeks. and i thinks its cuz of the soil how can i check the ph level of the soil?

You go out and you buy yourself a ph tester. They should have them at Lowes or Home Depot. You can either get one where you have to mix shit or something (i dunno, never used one like that) or you can just get a meter, that you stick into your soil, and it tells you your ph.
