Need some help! plzz

Hey everyone, I live in the UK, I planted my seeds after germinating them on the 17th of August. Its been growing about a month now and It looks pretty healthy considering the weather. Will these plants bud? Or am I just wasting my time? thanks

I'm growing outdoors in the UK also...
It hard to say whether the plant will veg enough to be worthwhile. The light seems to have dropped down to 13hrs now so I might have a last burst before it starts to flower.
I doubt there is enough good weather needed for it to flower, needs 2 months...
