Need some help-Basement grow for patient

A MM patient has asked me to help with their basement grow op. I've only had experience with boxes and small grows so I want to make sure all my Ts are crossed and such.

Our ideal set up, what we're going for, is a SoG for indica plants that can be harvested at 8 weeks. In mind our usual cycle should start at 4x clones off 1 mother and 4x clones off another to total 8. The moms will have their own tent while after a week or so the clones will be placed in 5gals and sent to the veg tent. They will veg there until the last batch is done and cut then they'll be put into flower.

Questions:
1. Would 2x mothers allow the patient to clone 4x per plant every 8 weeks?

2. Would vegging for 6-8 weeks be too much?

3. Any recommendations at this point?

I'll be back tonight to check any replies and also I'll have a drawing of the room with equipment I'll be using.

Thanks in advance for any help,

don't need 5 gal containers for SOG plants. overkill.

you could have a 6 ft tall mom and probably take at least 50 clones off her.

that's not a SOG. a week of veg time is all that's needed if that.
