Im only a second year but like homeboy above me said you dont decide when flowering starts if your outdoors, nature does...if ypu bring them inside to flower you only have so long outside before nature starts kicking in and flowering it for you...put more information about ypur setup and plans and you get alot better answers... ive learned that in my experience on this forum...lot of helpful people, just help them help you

Thanks for the feedback everyone..okay well heres the info i got two 3inch rooted clones from a dispensary by my pad..two sour diesels put them in the 6 gallon pots you see on the pic there..i planted them as soon as i got back from the dispensary aprill 22..i just transplanted one in a trash bin two days ago and ima do the same with the other very soon..i use general organic nutes and theve been out side since i got them and there gona stay out side im not gona bring them indoors..i know i can flower them on my own b cuz ive done it b for many times..i have a light that turns on at night so that it will keep them in the 24 hour light cicle for veging..i wana know about how bigger do i need to get them to get a pound per plant ..do i need to get them double this size ?triple??..u think its too late for me to hope for a pound out of each of my two gurls..what iam i looking at realisticly half a pound each or ????

I dont think your following. You cannot decide when the plant is going to flower outdoors at this point in time. Your plants will go into flower withing the next few weeks. A pound per plant is highly unlikely.

Notoriousxander..good lookin out thats what i wanted to knw....The street light in my alley hits my whole back yard with light ..im using that and it seems to be working fine..but i have been thinking about putting some up but not sure of which ones to put..and i didnt really knw i really had to or that diffrent light stresses them.. thats y i havnt really got on dat ..but yea any suggestions on which ones i should get ??

I don't think your containers are big enough for a pound of bud per plant unless maybe you had a dialed-in drip setup; even then, it would be iffy. As it is, those plants look like they are suffering from a piss-poor container mix, nutrient misapplication, overwatering, or all three. As for your lighting idea, the solstice was June 21. The plant won't "notice" shorter days right away and I think most strains in full sunlight (or close to it) will not be spitting out hairs yet. Therefore, you cannot say that the street light is actually doing anything at this time.
