I Am Getting Ready To Top My Next Crop And Wanted To Know If The Tops That I Cut Off Can Be Used For Cuttings? Or Do Cuttings Have To Be The Side Shoots?

No you can clone tops its just more difficult as larger cuttings root more easily but it is possible.

I'm pretty sure that quite smaller cuttings root the best? Yea, you can take clones from topping, that's the only reason to top and not to FIM (apart from stunting time).
