Need some advice on my exodous cheese

I'm new to growing I planted some exodouse cheese seed last Friday and it propyl germanted yesterday evening when I checked and I've gone back today and it now has a little stem with 2 little leafs they look a bit whitish but green I planted them in jiffy pucks and I've left the light on now for nearly 48 hours is it still ok to leave my light on constantly and also and advice what's next to do or and help on anything

What kind of light?

What kind ventilation and size room ???? And also like he said above what kinda light how close to light ?? And soil ??
