hey im growing 4 plants hydroponically and they are ending there 1st week of growth. I have a 250w HPS light running them at 18hrs of light a day.i am keeping them moist, not to much but not to little.I am spraying the leaves with the water from the Emily Garden.

Now 2 of my plants are bent over alot and i would like ro know what i can do to get them standing at attention. If anyone knows how to help me out please let me know.

Well that may be the case but I think jbar would like a bit of direction here.
Over watering may make the leaves droop, not necessarily the stalk. You said you are two weeks in, they must still be very small. if you have over watered there is a good chance of stem rot. What I would recommend is supporting the stalk with wire or twist tie shoved into the medium then a loop around the plant, something to keep it from falling over. Stop with the misting, if there rooted they dont need it. actually I dont mist at all. I have lost too many because of it. The roots are very small right now and dont need much water. go once a day and a very small amount, like a shotglass full if you are using rockwool or rapid rooter plugs that will hold them for a day or two.

Once they perk up keep in mind what you are trying to achieve in regards to watering is humidity in the root zone.
