Before I start, Thanks to everyone who posts on this site as it has helped me immeasurably. I know it takes a lot of time to put together grow journals ect... and being able to see it all here in one place has saved time and money.
My set-up is in my bedroom. I have a roommate until the end of the year so until he is gone, I am going to be sharing my room with my grow op.
My closet has been taken over as my veg area and is a 2.5' x 8' x 8' space.
At about 6' there is a shelf, And the only light system I have purchased so far is mounted on the ceiling above. It is a 4 Tube fluorescent set-up, my area for clones. I actually have 30 clones under there right now that have been fully rooted and are now in solo cups with a soil mixture ( 1-part FoxFarm potting Soil 1-part coco 1/2 part perlite).
Below that I want to mount some kind of veg light system. with it being 8' across I'm assuming 2 lights would be needed....
I initially thought two of those 250w hood/ballast in one combos would work good. Any thoughts? hydrofarm has an e-ballast version of those.
For my flowering rooms the only thing I have got so far are the rooms themselves. They are the GL-145, its basically a 5x5. I wanted to have a set-up where I stared 1 room to flower and then the other 4 weeks later, so that basically every 4 weeks I'd be doing a harvest.
The light system in those would be
6" XXXL Magnum with Hortilux Bulbs....maybe dual arc? are they worth it??
1 lumatek e ballast with a Flipbox ( 1 ballast to power 2 rooms)
cool everything with 1- 6" inline fan( rooms are inline)
and for odor control 1 4" fan with 4x12 carbon filter.
Im growing all organic, would this set-up be ideal? cost effective??? what would my electric bill look like? I could spend an extra 1500 bucks and do these LED setups......but I'm reluctant most people on here say they are bullshit. I want to use c02 what is the easiest way to implement it? Tank?

CO2 can help but its def. not that big of a factor and wont increase yield that much..everything else sounds great... You've done your research and will soon reap the rewards.. let me know if you need any help~~~
