how do i go about sterilizing my grow room?

bleach water works great.

1 cup of household bleach to 1 gallon of water. this totally sterlizies the grow room wait till it drys then away you go again.

lysol works too

basically a wash down and aersol

yep as others have said^^ or if your running plastic or alfoil you could just strip it down and replace and just give behind a quick hit with the bleach water.
