as high a wattage as you can get, and use the real wattage not the incandescent equivalent wattage.
3 30w 6400k would be good for veg, then add/change to 3 2700k 42w or higher for flowering. you could use 15w for veg if thats all you can get but youll definitely want the higher wattage for flowering with.
you could try a 70w HPS if you can deal with the heat from it.
a 70w HPS puts out about 8000lm, the same as a 125w CFL, and it should grow the one plant pretty well if you can keep it short.
look into topping, LST and ScrOG as a means to keep plants short.
dont forget to have an exhaust fan, one that will move about 3 times the box air volume per minute should do the job of keeping the heat from building up and making sure the plants get all the fresh air they need.
