Need lamp for indoor growing

This will be the first time i grow indoors, im planning on growing Northen lights x Big bud since i had luck with them before.

But, i have been looking forever for a good lamp, i cant find any.
Do you know any good lamp? and not just the lamp, also the thing you put the lamp in and such.
one important thing is that they can ship to Sweden.


It would be realy awesome if someone could help me.

The space im planning to grow in is about 6 x 4 meters and about 2.5m high.

Im new in growing indoors and ive been looking around and i figure out wich one to buy.
So to specify better what i need:

How many lamps do i need for a 6 x 4 meters and about 2.5m high room with about 8-10 plants?
Wich type of lamp is the best overall?
how many types of lamps do i need?
How strong?

Ventilation isn't a problem, but money is, alltogheter it can't cost more than 700 USD.

Hi bro!

What kind of lights are you looking for? CFL, HPS, MH? Theres quite a few to choose from. All depends on how big your space is that your growing in for your wattage aswel.

For best results i would i advise metal halide for veg and high pressure sodium for flowering! Give some answers on how big your grow space is going to be aswell as ventilation and we can advise you what fittings to get. ;)

Your post is so vague... You're looking for a lamp? Well before I begin making suggestions, how about you provide us with:
where are you growing (garage, attic, basement), how big is that space. what is your budget, how do you plan to grow them (scrog, sog, topping).

If you reply back I'm sure you will get some help, but until then we are stuck guessing.

Assuming you want to Fill your entire 24 m^2 room with plants, you will need no less than 10,333 watts of HID Lighting.
I have figured this at the minimum requirement of 430.5 Watts/m^2 or 40 w/ft^2 for the non SI guys.

That is a good lamp you have selected OP, However its light will only cover 1 square meter of floor area.

if want to grow 8 to 10 plants get a 1000w. it will cover a 4x4(foot) (1.2mx1.2m) will be more than enough . and you still have enough room for a flower room with another 1000w setup.
