How bad is it, if my plant is momentarily removed while trying to place it in a different pot? I mean it was maybe five seconds...it was an accident. What should I do? Does anyone have experience with this that might like to tell me what I'm lookin for as far as signs of stress or if it might be dying...

It is maybe three weeks into vegetation so...

That is normal when you transplant. As long as the whole rootball and mess didn't completely fall apart, you should be fine. Personally I have never seen one stress out from transplanting, unless the transplanting was done because it was stressing out.

You're fine...... Just don't try to learn juggling with it or drop it and you're OK.
Just don't fert for a day or two once you get it into the new home.
