NEED help with this seedling! Pics included.

Sup guys and gals. This is one of my first grows currently, got closet op going with 4 26/60 watt cfls, 4 seedlings that were flourishing. Approx. 1 week old.

I think I over watered this plant but not sure. Sorry for the crappy resolution, borrowed a friends camera real quick and didnt bother to check the quality of the photos. Will post better
pics soon... any help (if possible) would be appreciated.

Can't tell what the heck is going due to the crappy pics, but on the thrid pic you need to surround the peat puck with soil as roots grow out the sides of those things, not just the bottom.
