Need help with spots on leaves

I can't figure out my my plant is doing this. I don't water often I keep the temp between 77 and 81 depending if it's night or day. My RH is between 55 and 65. I have a fan on which I have directed at the lights so the heat is cooled or pushed away from the plant.
Any idea what that is on the leaves.
