need help with setting up?

I would like to do thrity plants, how much room would i need for it? I would like to do a veg room and flower room. I will be groing with seeds and by the hempy bucket method 3 gallon containers. HOw much light will i need? how much space? how many fans etcc?

Id say do one 600 watt for every ten plants and 1 or 2 oscillating fans
