need help with set up-lay out

I'm tired of seeing others doing there thing and finally want to get down with my own. I have a 15 x 13 area to grow in my garage and want to go all out. Money is not a problem, I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for!! I have an electrician coming out to do a panel upgrade and is putting in a 100amp sub panel in the room, half will be 240v and the other 120v. Will that be enough juice for all the equipment? I will definitely be running all air cooled lights,co2 and will have a fresh air and exhaust system. I have been looking into the Ebb& Grow system and think I will be going with it. Can anyone make any suggestions on what to do with the area I have?All help will be appreciated!!

depends on plenty of things...
i have tried plenty of ways of growin. i prefer the stinkbud method. check his system out.
you can build it for hundreds less than other systems(including the ebb and grow)
if you do go with ebb and grow bucket style i have heard great things about the new recirculating systems.
