Need help with my ventilation, professional assistance anyone??

Hello everybody i've got a room i'm upgrading, right now it's a bout a 10x10x7 room. I've posted some pics of my original room and new room. Right now i have a fan dedicated to the lights with air being sucked from outside the grow room. and i have 1 6"fan sucking out and a 4" bring in air currently, i was thinking of making it 6" intake instead of 4". Now i'm pretty much recirculating air around my basement this way. Instead for the upgrade I wanted to go get 2 organic air charcoal filters (carbon odor ones) and put them directly on each hood closest to the door and have them sucking into an 8" intake fan blowing air out. and a 6" inline fan blowing air into the grow room. This way i can bring completely new air in to the room and have it sucked out the lights. Am I missing something here? will my airflow be too restricted/loose? I'm looking for the best performance to price ratio. let me know what you guys think, also looking at co2 enrichment as an option so any opinions/criticisms are appreciated. thanks everyone.

if you have access to your wall put a dryer vent as high as you can go in the room and push it straight outside so the warm air and old are going straight outside and new air is coming inside.

Thanx jesus, well here's the thing is if i go with the second setup, those carbon filters are directly on the hoods inside the room, so technically they are taking both old air and hot air out. I'm just seeing if anyone else would alternate something, or apply co2 or whatever ideas you have to offer instead of this setup too. I must have not cleared that part up sorry. any ideas? or opinions?

How about having no intake or exhaust and adding a good Portable air conditioner with dual vents and co2 + dehumidifier. Keeping your lights completely sealed off from the room.
