need help with my lights

i have some t5 florescent high output light i also have a 400w mh witch one should i flower with i can afford a hps right now what should i do

Get a 400w conversion bulb. Turn your MH into a hps.

go to 1000bulbs.com. they cost about half as much as a new 400w. cost is around 70.00/
