Need help with lighting

I need new lights for flowering I have 6500k on now and I just got these led lights I wanted to know if they work I got two of them they are 2026led-30k 120volts~60hz 1.5w 30mA(378 they dont really look that bright but its all I got I was gonna try to flower with 5500k but everyone tells me thats too much please help
